Wow this place is just like a apartment it has kitchen hot tub bathtub to relax in patio to sit out for cool air breeze barbecue grill. Me and my family always come here and my uncle doesn't want to get out of the hot bathtub

this place was great!! Loved it so so much and the kids had so much fun with everything. The pool was great and also it was really hot. The rooms were one of the cleanest i’ve seen in a while. Also they have washing machines and a gym. The lake was also really fun and pretty!! The pool was very clean and fun for the kids! Anyway you should keep in mind that the showers do not come with shampoo,conditioner or body wash. But this place was beautiful and I would recommend to go!!
I have not stayed at this resort but I stopped by to inquire for a future stay. The 2 ladies working, Yesenia and Christina went above and beyond to answer my questions. They took me to the rooms so I could see them and walked me around the property. Those 2 employees are a gift to this resort and have wonderful customer service skills.
Wonderful hotel!!! I was so happy that I found it after staying at another hotel nearby (which was dirty). This place is super clean, spacious, my room had a jacuzzi bathtub which was a wonderful perk. Since the bedroom is facing the lake, away from the busy road, it was nice and quiet. I needed to work from the room for two days and paid for the upgraded internet ($6 for 2 days), which worked fine. It was nice to be able to work sitting on the lanai or taking breaks and walking to the lake. I will certainly be back! It’s a gem of a place.
Amazing Friendly Staff everything was exceptional the rooms are like a apt Wow Jaccuzzi in the bathroom swimming pool beyond amazing I would like the Manager chris to know that 3 staff members Katalina ,Angelica ,Steven. went above and beyond helping us with everything they should get promotions or a pay increase Chris and the owner are very Blessed to have these 3 working for Grand Lake and because of how much help these three induviduals did for me we will be staying at Grand lake alot because we love it here and will be back God Willing soon
Next to dumpster is stinky near our room. busy highway is noisy and the public bus brings random drifters lock your doors. Otherwise beautiful patio and a nice pool pond access no beach or enter pond. Nice kitchen and dining area. Nice two bedroom accommodation! Love the Jacuzzibathtub but they don’t work right. Careful they overflow
